 Ingredients:

2 medium-sized apples

1 medium-sized beetroot

2 medium-sized carrots

1 table spoon  of lemon juice for extra flavor (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash all the fruits and veggies thoroughly. Peel the beetroot and carrots if you prefer, but leaving the skins on can add more nutrients.
  2. Cut the apples, beetroot, and carrots into smaller pieces.Juice them together until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour the juice into a glass. If you like a little zing, add a squeeze of lemon juice.
  4. Drink it right away to get the most nutrients and best flavor.
